These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the internal application operated by Clenda Moen B.V., developed for internal business reporting and analytics purposes.

1. Purpose

This application connects to Meta’s Marketing API to retrieve advertising data such as impressions, clicks, and spend from Clenda Moen B.V.’s own advertising accounts.
The tool is used exclusively for internal reporting, financial analysis, and marketing optimization.

2. Access

Access to this application is restricted to authorized personnel within Clenda Moen B.V.
The application is not available to the public, customers, or any external parties.

3. Data Use

All data obtained through Meta’s API is used solely for internal analysis.
The application does not process or store personal user data, nor does it share information with third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

All code, systems, and data produced through this application are the property of Clenda Moen B.V.
Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written consent is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Clenda Moen B.V. shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this internal application.
The application is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind.
